RoseRyan, a renowned firm based in Silicon Valley, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HRBP to join our clients team.
As an Interim HRBP, you will be an integral part of the HR function, supporting the organization's goals and driving HR initiatives that align with the client's values.
As an HRBP, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with leaders and employees, providing guidance and support on all HR matters. You will partner with managers to drive performance management, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives. Additionally, you will play an active role in recruitment and onboarding to ensure the organization attracts top talent in the accounting industry.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to understand business needs and develop HR strategies that support company goals.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Drive performance management initiatives, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding new employees.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR programs and initiatives.
- Guide managers through employee relations issues and conduct investigations when necessary.
- Support organizational development and change management initiatives.
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices in the accounting industry.
Requirements
- Must be comfortable with a consulting, temporary assignment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably as an HRBP
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Experience in performance management, talent acquisition, and employee relations.
- Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
Salary range $80k-110k
