Are you passionate about people, interested in learning more about HR, and enjoy enhancing the professional growth of talented individuals?   If so – we want to hear from you!  This role in the Operations department will help grow and strengthen our team by providing excellent support in all aspects of human capital and business functions.   What we do at Fuse promotes the agile development of innovative communications, networking, and computing solutions for U.S. defense agencies that improve the sharing of information among warfighters distributed throughout airborne, maritime, and ground environments.

What you'll do as a member of this team:

  • Lead the coordination of onboarding for new employees
  • Assist in administration of performance management system (PerformYard)
  • Maintain employee information in HRIS system (Paychex)
  • Manage digital and physical employee personnel files according to policy and legal requirements
  • Completion of employment verifications, unemployment claims, and Job Status Change letters
  • Organizing historical employee compensation and performance data to be used in performance management and compensation evaluations
  • Help lead and provide insight to company engagement efforts regarding surveys and feedback
  • Assist in planning of company events and maintaining a positive and productive culture
  • Grow and learn in your career as a human resources professional

Requirements

We are looking for:

  • 2-5 years of experience in HR or relevant role/education
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be U.S. Citizen
