Front Desk Receptionist

As a Front Desk Receptionist at Bethel Church of Redding, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests and church members. Your responsibilities will include greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, responding to emails, and providing information about church services, events, and programs. You will support various administrative tasks, help maintain organized office areas (including reception area, kitchen, workrooms, ect.), and assist with inquiries regarding services such as our benevolence ministry and the Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry (BSSM) as well as Bethel's many other departments and mininstries. This position offers a unique opportunity to be the first point of contact for individuals seeking support, guidance, or prayer.

This role is integral to the church, fostering a sense of community and supporting the mission of Bethel Church. Your ability to communicate effectively, maintain a positive demeanor, and manage multiple tasks will be essential in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all visitors.

Salary Range: $16,640 - $19,760.00 per annum.

Requirements

• The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with proficiency in basic computer applications such as Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Attention to detail, excellent organizational abilities, strong problem solving skills, motivation to manage on going tasks, and a friendly demeanor are essential.
• A willingness to adapt and respond to the diverse needs of guests and staff members is also important.
• Previous experience in a reception or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
