Full Job Description

The Executive Assistant will provide essential executive support with real estate transactions, contract management, and licensing transactions. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a corporate environment.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Conduct research and gather relevant corporate information and documents
  • Draft, review, and revise corporate documents, including contracts, lease agreements, and board resolutions
  • Manage and organize corporate records and files, including maintaining electronic filing systems
  • Communicate with internal departments, external contacts, and regulatory bodies
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing calendars
  • Maintain confidentiality of corporate information and documents
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently, as part of a team and to handle sensitive information with discretion
