Full Job Description

AGC Collision Center is seeking a reliable and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a highly regarded collision repair center, we take pride in providing excellent service to our customers. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.

  • Greet and Assist Guests:
  • Provide a welcoming and positive experience for customers, whether in person, over the phone, or online.
  • Accounts Receivable:
  • Handle financial transactions and accounts receivable duties as needed.
  • Customer Updates:
  • Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles during the repair process.
  • Create Repair Orders:
  • Utilize management systems to generate and manage repair orders efficiently.
  • Schedule Customers:
  • Manage appointment schedules for customers.
  • Answer Phone Calls:
  • Address customer inquiries and provide assistance over the phone.
  • Utilize Management System:
  • Familiarity with and effective use of our management system for seamless workflow.0

Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
    • Experience in accounting (1 year preferred)
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (1 year preferred)
    • Motivated to learn and grow
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Empathetic and customer-focused approach
