Full Job Description

Veracity Productions Inc is a leading production company specializing in live events and entertainment. We are currently seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company and will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service to our clients and customers.

In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. You will also assist customers with ordering, billing, and general product information. The ideal candidate for this position is a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.


Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, answering inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Provide support to customers by accurately addressing their questions and concerns.
  • Assist customers with placing orders and processing payments.
  • Resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly and escalate as necessary.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve customers.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
