Full Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to set appointments and generate leads for our building maintenance services. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients.
- Make 320 sales calls per week Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm Pacific Time.
- Generate leads and set at least 14 appointments per month through outbound prospecting.
- Manage and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database, including – scheduled calls, updated client records, notes from each call and appointments set.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve weekly/monthly/quarterly targets.
- Prepare accurate reports on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
- Send City Wide information requested by prospects along with thank you notes and follow-up emails or texts whenever appropriate.
- Other duties as necessary.
Requirements
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Achieve or exceed monthly activity and lead generation metrics to achieve revenue targets.
- Proven track record in business development or sales.
- Strong communication and prospecting skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
