Full Job Description
- Must have FinTech Background preferably with payment gateways.
- The candidates needed for B2B BD roles are not the type handling large enterprises. Instead, they should be experienced with small businesses, particularly those involving offline interactions, such as suppliers making payments. The business focus is on B2B cross-border transactions. If the company is based in the US, candidates should have experience with e-commerce supply chains. Competitors’ B2B BD roles involved in remittances or Square’s B2B roles are also relevant. Bilingual skills are not required.
- Ideal candidates should have a client base comprising small to medium-sized customers (local small businesses, e-commerce, cross-border businesses, factories, etc.), in any industry type, focusing on payments, with proven sales abilities and achievements. The target companies range from small to medium-sized enterprises.
Requirements
- Business development: 5 years (Required)
- FinTech Industry: 3 years (Required)
- Payment Gateway: 1 year (Preferred)
