Full Job Description
The Law Offices of Samer Habbas & Associates, PC is looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the Director of Operations to help ensure the efficient operation of the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order office supplies and maintain supply inventory for all locations.
- Help create and maintain a protocol and procedures manual for office operations.
- Perform general office duties such as data entry and digital file organization.
- Light recruitment duties such as scheduling interviews and conducting phone screens.
- Manage schedules, appointments and meetings for senior leaders.
- Assist with travel arrangements.
- Provide coverage for reception desk, if needed.
- Coordinate repairs to office equipment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous administrative assistant or similar experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and is able to take direction well.
- Some Saturdays may be required.
