Administrative Assistant

Starter Staffing is currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support to the team, including managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence
• Maintain and update company databases and filing systems
• Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
• Assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations
• Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring all necessary items are stocked
• Assist in the coordination of company events and meetings
• Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and follow-up

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a related role
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
