We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, including scanning, saving, filing documents, and basic computer tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in computer applications.
Responsibilities:
Scan, save, and file documents accurately and efficiently.
Manage electronic and physical filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents.
Assist with data entry tasks and maintain databases as needed.
Perform basic administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
Coordinate meetings and appointments, including arranging logistics and preparing meeting materials.
Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory, reorder supplies as needed.
Provide general administrative support to team members and departments.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to scan, save, and file documents accurately and efficiently.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required.
Experience with document management systems or software.
Familiarity with basic office equipment such as scanners, printers, and copiers.
