We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our clients and real estate agents by managing accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the buying and selling process. The Account Coordinator will work closely with various departments to help coordinate services and maintain strong client relationships. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring prompt communication and efficient resolutions.
  • Assist in managing all aspects of client accounts from onboarding to final transactions.
  • Coordinate with real estate agents and internal teams to facilitate property listings, showings, and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate client records and account information, updating systems as necessary.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for internal and client meetings.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and provide insights to improve account management processes.
  • Support marketing initiatives and client outreach efforts to enhance client engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an account coordinator or in a similar role, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and detail orientation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
