The Account Coordinator will work closely with various departments to help coordinate services and maintain strong client relationships. Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring prompt communication and efficient resolutions.
- Assist in managing all aspects of client accounts from onboarding to final transactions.
- Coordinate with real estate agents and internal teams to facilitate property listings, showings, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate client records and account information, updating systems as necessary.
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal and client meetings.
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide insights to improve account management processes.
- Support marketing initiatives and client outreach efforts to enhance client engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an account coordinator or in a similar role, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and detail orientation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
