We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Development Representative to join our sales team. This individual will be responsible for managing the entire sales process from initial cold calls to closing deals. Reaching out to colleges and selling our AI Education Tech products.
What You’ll Do:
- Cold Call a pre-made list of potential clients and create new business opportunities - (50-100 dials/ day)
- Schedule and manage appointments with prospects to introduce OneOrigin’s software solutions.
- Conduct engaging software demonstrations tailored to the specific needs of clients, showcasing the value and capabilities of our products.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and manage the sales pipeline through our CRM system - Hubspot
- Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring client satisfaction and achieving or exceeding sales targets - avg deal size starts around $50k
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in software tech sales, preferably end-to-end
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
