This position can be remote from anywhere in the USA.

Position Summary:

As an Account Manager, you will be instrumental in overseeing strategical and tactical processes within business engagements, focusing on developing effective marketing strategies for smaller and mid-size clients. Your role involves providing leadership, facilitating communication, and monitoring technical, legal, and sales processes to achieve profitable outcomes for both the organization and smaller clients.

Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

 

  • Lead the delivery of solutions to clients within defined time frames, overseeing all aspects of business engagement from initiation to completion.
  • Drive business results, including client satisfaction and profitability, through effective accounts management, growth strategies, and successful target achievement.
  • Develop and execute business strategies, optimizing engagement execution and personnel management for optimal target utilization.
  • Demonstrate innovative leadership strategies to achieve organizational and client business goals.
  • Cultivate enduring business relationships with clients, identify and pursue new profitable opportunities, and act as a key day-to-day liaison for engagements.
  • Manage engagement profitability by overseeing work statements, budgeting, and resource management.
  • Ensure client satisfaction for engagements by upholding service quality standards, timely delivery, invoicing, and resolving client inquiries and concerns.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the business project team working on client engagements.
  • Coordinate with technical, legal, and sales departments to optimize team performance and project outcomes.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills (oral, written, presentation) to facilitate effective communication between the organization and clients.
  • Foster team building and internal relationships to promote a collaborative work environment.
