We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at Vix Technology. As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients in the public transit industry. With our modular approach and best-in-class solutions, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the way public transit is accessed and utilized globally.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will work closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and goals, and proactively ensure that our solutions are meeting their expectations. You will serve as the main point of contact for our clients, providing support, troubleshooting, and guidance throughout their lifecycle with Vix Technology. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any issues or concerns raised by clients and help drive continuous improvement in our products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor
  • Understand client needs and goals, and develop strategies to ensure successful outcomes
  • Proactively identify and address any potential issues or concerns raised by clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Support, to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Provide training and onboarding support to new clients
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client escalations and issue resolution
  • Conduct regular account reviews to assess client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field or relevant demonstrated experience
  • Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar customer-facing role
  • Strong understanding of the public transit industry and its challenges
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events
  • Based in Phoenix area or willing to relocate.
