Position Description
We are seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join our HR Team. This position will report directly to the Vice President of HR. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruiting life cycle activities and will partner with leaders throughout the Company to provide talent acquisition guidance. This is a hybrid position that will work remote as well as in our Downtown Phoenix office (across from the Footprint Center).
Your Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for all activities related to the recruiting life cycle.
- Facilitate "in-take" meeting with hiring managers to understand position, how best to “sell opportunity,” prepare job postings, knock out questions, and share interviewing and hiring best practices.
- Ensure an exceptional “candidate experience”.
- Key contributor as a “brand ambassador”. Promote the Company’s culture to candidates.
- Promote the internal employee referral program.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for the Applicant Tracking System. Ensure system is being used and updated by hiring managers.
- Responsible for recruiting analytics.
- Develop effective recruiting strategies for difficult to fill positions.
- Other HR duties as assigned.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of recruiting experience.
- Based on an in-take meeting, effectively prepare and implement a recruiting strategy.
- Ability to communicate succinctly and clearly.
- Serve as a business partner to hiring leaders.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders and hiring managers
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize workload.
