As an Administrative Assistant at ABLEMKR, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office and providing exceptional administrative assistance to our team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of the office, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Assist with the onboarding and offboarding process of employees
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost professionalism
  • Coordinate and arrange company events and activities
  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and data entry
  • Provide support to other team members and departments as needed

Requirements

      • Must have experience working in the Restoration Industry
      • Ability to execute administrative tasks with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
      • Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
      • Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
      • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
      • Advanced organizational and prioritization skills.
      • Good active listening skills and ability to take direction.
      • Friendly and courteous when interacting with visitors and colleagues.
      • Ability to adapt to changes and work independently as well as part of a team.
      • Dependability and punctuality.
