Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs and goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver staffing solutions that meet client requirements
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling staffing services
- Monitor and track client performance and satisfaction
- Provide regular reports and updates to clients on the status of their accounts
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in account management or sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Engaging and persuasive personality
- Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with HR or staffing industry (preferred)

- Flexibility to travel for client meetings and presentations
