Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs and goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver staffing solutions that meet client requirements
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling staffing services
  • Monitor and track client performance and satisfaction
  • Provide regular reports and updates to clients on the status of their accounts
  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience in account management or sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Engaging and persuasive personality
  • Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with HR or staffing industry (preferred)
  • Goal-oriented mindset and willingness to go the extra mile
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing client needs and priorities
  • Flexibility to travel for client meetings and presentations
