We are working with an established Metal Processing company based in Milwaukee, WI. They are recruiting for a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team on 3rd shift (Mon-Fri) in return for a salary of up to $105,000, along with excellent employment benefits which include 401K, Healthcare, Vision and Dental.

The position of Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing all maintenance roles and processes on 3rd shift in the Ripon, WI facilities. This role is responsible for executing the maintenance process, establishing a reliability focus, and ensuring a culture of continuous improvement. This position also provides leadership, first-line supervision, technical assistance, and training for a staff of industrial electrical and mechanical maintenance technicians.
