Maintenance Supervisor

- 3rd Shift 10pm - 6am
- up to $105,000

We are working with an established Metal Processing company based in Milwaukee, WI. They are recruiting for a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team on 3rd shift (Mon-Fri) in return for a salary of up to $105,000, along with excellent employment benefits which include 401K, Healthcare, Vision and Dental.
Duties as an Maintenance Supervisor:
- Planning and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance
- Performs performance evaluations
- Enforces company policy and safety rules and discipline.
- interviewing, selection, hiring, training and development of new personnel
- Maintaining Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems
- Troubleshoot, modify and repair electrical and control systems and equipment
- Oversight of cleaning services, buildings and grounds maintenance
Qualifications & Experience required:
- 3 years' experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in an industrial/manufacturing environment OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Good communication skills
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
