Goodyear Belts by Adventry Corp. is currently seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator to join our team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for various warehouse duties, including shipping and receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment. Additionally, you will also be required to operate a forklift to pick, move products within the warehouse.

• Assist in shipping and receiving processes, including loading and unloading trucks, and inspecting incoming and outgoing shipments

The Warehouse Associate coordinates inventory movement with the production, bottling coordinators, and operations managers. The Warehouse Associate is a self-starting role that requires critical thinking and organizational skills.

• Manage the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies.
• Collaborate and communicate with logistics, accounting, production bottling, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products and goods.

• Handle incoming and outgoing shipments by checking them physically
• Check products for defects and accuracy
• Pull, pack and ship finished goods
• Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate delivery vehicle
• Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and perform regular maintenance
• Unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stack them to assigned places
• Pull orders from shelves, and then place and secure onto pallet
• Communicate with managers to identify equipment in need of maintenance
• Ensure appropriate safety measures are followed
• Make sure that tools and equipment are cleaned and maintained properly at the end of each shift
