AutoVitals is looking for a Training & Customer Success Advisor who will be responsible for client revenue retention, expansion, overall engagement, and satisfaction with our products and services. You’ll have an opportunity to join the front lines of the emerging discipline of Customer Success within a company moving at equal speed.
An AutoVitals’ Customer Success Advisor is a passionate client advocate who listens actively, responds quickly, solves problems creatively, embraces challenges, and delights in their clients’ growth and results.
Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional training experience to all customers and customer stakeholders, through regular strategic learning sessions delivered in a timely manner;
- Motivate and coach customers on AutoVitals’ best practices so they become increasingly self-sufficient with our product, while improving their shop’s profitability.
