Full Job Description

AutoVitals is looking for a Training & Customer Success Advisor who will be responsible for client revenue retention, expansion, overall engagement, and satisfaction with our products and services. You’ll have an opportunity to join the front lines of the emerging discipline of Customer Success within a company moving at equal speed.

An AutoVitals’ Customer Success Advisor is a passionate client advocate who listens actively, responds quickly, solves problems creatively, embraces challenges, and delights in their clients’ growth and results.

Responsibilities

  • Provide an exceptional training experience to all customers and customer stakeholders, through regular strategic learning sessions delivered in a timely manner;
  • Motivate and coach customers on AutoVitals’ best practices so they become increasingly self-sufficient with our product, while improving their shop’s profitability.
  • Measure product adoption, engagement and satisfaction levels through Key Performance Indicators for assigned clients, developing corrective action plans where churn risk is identified.
  • Develop product expertise through on-going training, engagement with fellow team members, and review of collateral and documentation provided by the product and management teams;
  • Demonstrate project management excellence especially as it pertains to client training projects. This includes the ability to keep stakeholders on track, manage risks, hit milestones, use proper processes and documentation. 
  • Identify common customer challenges to suggest better solutions.
  • Partner with AutoVitals’ Account Executives to identify upsell opportunities to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with other cross-functional team members to translate business needs and product requirements into new solutions for customers.
  • Other similar responsibilities, as the Company may require from time to time.

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years relevant experience in customer success, consulting or account management; SaaS experience is a benefit.
  • Resourceful, self-motivated, proactive team player, adept at time management and prioritization of responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and develop customer relationships, particularly in a distanced work environment.
  • Ability to grasp complex technical processes, analyze data sets, and spontaneously discuss benefits with customers.
  • Communicates with diplomacy, courtesy and efficacy at all times.
  • Thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment; acts as a change agent, not a change opponent
  • Proficiency in the basics of SalesForce a plus.

Salary Range Transparency

Training & Customer Success Advisor

  • Full Time, Salary Exempt $60,000 - $75,000

Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications and alignment with market data.
