About the Role 

We are looking for a Technical Resources Coordinator to join our Operations team. In this role, you will facilitate the use of technology and event-related services for chapter events, working closely with chapters to support their pre- and post-event needs. This is a part-time, temporary position with flexible hours, requiring some evening availability to accommodate different time zones.

About the Role

As our Technical Support Coordinator, you'll be the driving force behind the successful launch and implementation of our Professional Skills Development (PSD) products. You'll manage technical milestones, provide top-notch customer support, and collaborate across teams to ensure seamless integrations.

The Technical Coordinator will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, requesting quotes, order processing, tracking delivery and inventory of delivered equipment and services. This role requires a balance of project management skills and the ability to foster and maintain positive vendor relationships. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to holding vendors and contractors accountable to timelines and deliverables.

COMPENSATION:  $25.00-$35.00 per hour DOE
