SCOPE Recruiting is posting on behalf of a client in the Electrical Power Distribution/ Engineering Construction industry for a Strategic Sourcing Manager role. This position involves a range of responsibilities, including:

• Procurement Planning: Lead procurement efforts during the bidding phase, ensuring an understanding of contract specifications and estimated bills of material (B0 = budget zero).
