We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager with a strong background in energy efficiency program implementation to join our dynamic team. As a Solution Delivery Manager, you will work with clients and the team to deliver income-eligible energy efficiency offerings to utility customers. Through these offerings, customers improve the energy efficiency of their homes and save energy and money on their utility bills. Our offerings focus on improving quality of life, affordability, and equitable access to services. Specifically, you will manage client relationships, coordinate across internal and external teams to accomplish tasks, lead forecasting, accruals, and budget management, and support staff management, development, and training.

In this role you will be instrumental in supporting the Senior Business Development Executive in the sales and pre-sales space, providing input to client discussions to help convert opportunities. You will be a seasoned software professional who sets the tone for the working environment by being a strong role model, demonstrating great people leadership experience, technical nous and commercial acumen.
