Position Overview
We are looking for a Solution Value Delivery Manager to drive the successful implementation and configuration of our platform and risk solutions, ensuring the smooth and fast delivery of measurable business value to our clients. In this role, you will own the Value Delivery phase of customer onboarding projects. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders on the customer side, e.g. Data Integration, Risk Leadership, Risk Strategy, Risk Investigation, and multiple stakeholders on DataVisor side, e.g. Account Executives (AE), Sales Engineers (SE), Product Delivery, Customer Success, and Data Scientist. You will lead the discovery and confirmation of customers’ business requirements and success criteria of each of the risk use cases in scope. You will also lead the design and implementation of risk detection solutions, incl. risk detection rules, decision flows, Case Review System configs, and Solution Performance Dashboards. For the projects where Machine Learning models are developed by the DataVisor data scientist team, the ML model onboarding and result utilization will be part of the solution value delivery scope as well.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement & Communication: Manage and drive client communications throughout the Solution Value Delivery phase. Align with various client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and foster strong relationships.
- Risk Solution Strategy & Support: Understand client business requirements, data dictionaries and risk decision logic to recommend tailored solutions. Provide strategic consulting and support to optimize configurations, rules, and ML model utilization strategies .
- Project Management: Take the lead in solution value delivery project planning, milestones and timeline setting, host and drive cadence meetings with customer teams, to ensure projects are executed smoothly and on time, issues are resolved timely, and strong business outcomes are delivered to and recognized by customers.
- Implementation & Hands-On: Embrace DataVisor’s very hands-on culture and own the implementation of the risk strategies and solution configurations when needed to.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, engineering, delivery, and customer success teams to ensure configurations are optimized for client success. Collaborate to resolve challenges and continuously enhance solution quality.
- Domain and Product Expertise: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, particularly in financial services, fraud prevention, and machine learning, to provide cutting-edge solutions to clients.
- Presentations & Demonstrations: Conduct presentations and demonstrations to explain proposed solutions and configurations to clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in utilization fraud management tools e.g. rules engine, case review system, ML models, and business intelligence tools
- 2+ years of experience in implementation or integrating with fraud management tools end-to-end (data integration → risk strategies → performance monitoring)
- 2+ years of experience in technical project management that is client-facing and requires alignments and co-executions from various internal and external teams.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Domain expertise in anti-fraud systems in the financial industries
- Domain expertise in common fraud attack vectors and mitigation strategies
- Familiarity in fraud/risk review workflow and operations metrics
- Familiarity with software development, system architecture, SaaS platform data integration, and implementation principles.
- Knowledge of real-time computing, big data, or machine learning is a plus.

- Ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and switch between technical and business centric discussions

- Technical Tools: Knowledge of programming languages and frameworks used in integration processes is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical or analytical discipline e.g. Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science
