Senior Accountant / Controller

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant with a CPA qualification to oversee the financial operations of HireIO Inc. and its multiple subsidiaries. The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of experience and be capable of managing a broad range of accounting and financial responsibilities, including tax filing, payroll, financial reporting, financial data analysis, business partner and budgeting, while performing controller-level tasks.

• Manage all aspects of tax planning and preparation for HireIO Inc. and its subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.

We are in need of an organized, efficient and qualified Senior Accountant / Assistant Controller to join the Finance Department. This position will manage both the general accounting functions and accounting staff to ensure the success of finance related directives, projects and initiatives as assigned.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Prepare financial statements and analysis

· Maintain multiple general ledgers

· Reconcile all balance sheet accounts timely and accurately
