Position Summary: Under the direction of the Quality Engineer the Quality Technician is responsible to assist the Quality Engineer with communication and resolution of Customer Concerns, Internal Audits/Control Plan Audits, launch activities, PPAP studies and related activities, and gauge maintenance.
