I. SUMMARY:

Supervise all shift employees on the production floor and complies with all safety, quality and housekeeping standards. Ensures shift meets production goals, inventory level and product in shipping area on time. Manages and mentors employees in order to maintain motivation, teamwork and continuous improvement.
