Overview:

This opportunity is with a high-purity specialty chemical manufacturer located near Dallas, TX. It's a leadership role where you'll drive operational excellence at a small to medium-sized, 24/7 operational plant. Your focus will be on overall production and achieving consistent rates. You'll ensure adherence to safety protocols, lead daily production to meet targets, and manage a team of three direct reports: two production supervisors and one engineer, who oversee a team of approximately 30 hourly employees.
