Parts Manager

C & B Equipment, a progressive family-owned company that has grown over 30 years to include John Deere ag, material handling and powersports locations has an opening for a Parts Manager in Slayton, Minnesota. This position reports to the Store Manager and manages parts operations within the dealership to provide the highest level of external and internal customer satisfaction while maximizing return on investment through parts sales, inventory control, and expense control. Must work cooperatively to optimize parts department processes. Must attract, retain, and effectively engage department personnel.
