The Product Owner at XR Extreme Reach is primarily responsible for maximizing the value delivered by the agile team by ensuring that the team backlog is aligned with customer and stakeholder needs. As a member of the extended Product Management function, the Product Owner is the agile team’s primary customer advocate and primary link to business and technology strategy.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand and anticipate their needs
- Trusted advisor to business and IT teams
- Develops User Stories based on prioritized Features created by the Product Manager(s)
- Owns and prioritizes the Team Backlog based on Portfolio priorities, events, and dependencies with the other agile teams
