Mini Melts Operations Manager- HOUSTON

In - Field Duties & Equipment Standards and Customer Focus

• Regularly visit and deliver to various customer locations ensuring the freezer is stocked and customer is pleased with the products, services, and equipment from Mini Melts
• Keep down time of vending machines to a minimum. All malfunctioning machines should be serviced within 24 hours of an issue being identified.
• Ensure all equipment is scraped, stocked, and cleaned up to the Mini Melts standard
• Regularly audit all equipment in the field and look for opportunities for additional equipment, advertising materials, and customer satisfaction
• Take a lead role in all special projects - equipment resets, install roll outs, POS rollouts, price changes, equipment moves, etc.
