In - Field Duties & Equipment Standards and Customer Focus
- Regularly visit and deliver to various customer locations ensuring the freezer is stocked and customer is pleased with the products, services, and equipment from Mini Melts
- Keep down time of vending machines to a minimum. All malfunctioning machines should be serviced within 24 hours of an issue being identified.
- Ensure all equipment is scraped, stocked, and cleaned up to the Mini Melts standard
- Regularly audit all equipment in the field and look for opportunities for additional equipment, advertising materials, and customer satisfaction
- Take a lead role in all special projects - equipment resets, install roll outs, POS rollouts, price changes, equipment moves, etc.
Warehouse Duties
- Recieve, process, and unload shipments of ice cream and/or supplies
- Maintain accurate inventory counts
- Prepare equipment for shipping and install
- General warehouse organization and cleaning
- Other warehouse duties as directed by Mini Melts management
Delivery Procedures
- Work closely with Mini Melts management and Delivery Team to ensure following the established delivery policies and procedures
- Ensure proper product handling for all deliveries
- Ensure proper vehicle set up and vehicle supply inventory - blue transport bags, cleaning supplies, POS materials, freezer layout, etc
- Work closely with the Data Analytics team to ensure all customer locations are routed and visited in a timely and efficient manner balancing customer needs, route profitability and service standards.
- Monitor Nayax closely to effectively service vending machines for restocking and repair.
- Work with management to ensure adequate staffing to handle the all routes including the increased workload during busy season
Requirements
- Valid Drivers' License and clean Motor Vehicle Report
- Criminal Background Check
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Weekend availability as needed
- Availability to work at least 50 hours per week
