- Work with Design Engineers and Project Managers to identify components needed for electrical and mechanical prototypes and test fixtures
- Coordinate with Engineering staff to purchase prototype PCBAs, Mechanical assemblies and piece parts, and other assemblies
- Order prototype material and services, following appropriate Purchasing procedures, including use of ERP and related tools
- Communicate with Vendor Management, Finance, and suppliers to resolve any ordering issues and ensure timely deliveries for Engineering products
- Physically manage material for prototype assemblies, including storing kitted parts, updating kits as changes occur, expediting/resolving shortages, and working with Production staff to optimize engineering material inventory as is necessary
