We are currently hiring for a lifeguard to join our National Lutheran Communities & Services family. You will have a high level of resident interaction and will strive to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for everyone. The lifeguard mainly performs continuous surveillance of the guests in the pools within our Aquatic Center and performs rescues or responds to emergencies/accidents appropriately.
