Full Job Description
At G2 Pool Service, we are seeking a dedicated and responsible individual to join our team as a Lifeguard. As a Lifeguard, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our pool facilities. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe environment for guests and enforcing pool rules to prevent accidents and injuries. Additionally, you will be responsible for responding to any emergencies and providing first aid when necessary. WE PROVIDE FREE TRAINING IF YOU ARE NOT ALREADY CERTIFIED.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and ensure the safety of pool patrons
- Enforce pool rules and regulations
- Monitor pool activities and respond to emergencies promptly
- Provide assistance and guidance to swimmers as needed
- Conduct routine inspections of pool equipment and facilities
- Maintain clean and organized pool area
- Assist with pool maintenance tasks as required
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Possess current Lifeguard certification
- Strong swimming skills and knowledge of pool safety practices
- Ability to remain vigilant and focused for extended periods of time
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR
- Ability to work in a team and maintain a positive attitude
