We are seeking a Learning and Development Intern with outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. The Intern is expected to work closely with the Learning & Development team to develop learning that will be used to grow capability across the organization.  Success in this role will be measured by the effective completion of assigned projects and the intern’s ability to show professional growth across the engagement.

• Analyze learning need, assess required learning criteria, and provide flexible solutions that factor in time, quality, and cost.
