Internship Overview:
Our summer internship experience has two layers that blend together throughout our 3-month program.
One layer focuses on professional development and is led by our Director of HR. This spans Hogan debriefing, peer coaching, SMART goal setting and achieving, resume review, interview prepping, and more! Paired with your day-to-day, specific department responsibilities and goals. Your responsibilities are outlined below. Your department manager will manage these items.
We will focus on onboarding during the first week of your AIIR internship experience. We will host in-person internal sessions to introduce you to our leadership, departments, and the rest of your intern cohort. You will also learn more about our products and service lines during this time. You will spend time meeting with your direct manager teammates! You can expect great fun and learning throughout this three-month experience.
We seek a rising senior undergraduate for a summer internship opportunity with AIIR Consulting. This position is also an internship to hire opportunities contingent upon needs and fit. We seek someone who is strongly interested in organizational psychology, HR, leadership development, or instructional design. Our internship will start on June 3rd. This hybrid position will require three days onsite at our Bala Cynwyd office.
AIIR Consulting seeks a proactive and enthusiastic intern to join our Leadership Development team. This opportunity arises due to recent talent transitions, and we are looking for a resourceful individual to contribute to the team's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing and developing internal and external Leadership Development (LD) offerings.
- Collaborate with team members to create engaging and effective learning materials.
- Identify areas for improvement and contribute to continuous enhancement.
- Support client-facing initiatives and activities within the Leadership Development team.
- Engage with clients to build positive relationships and understand their needs.
Requirements
- Strong ability to follow directions and meet project requirements.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Capability to receive and implement feedback effectively.
- Instructional design experience is highly preferred.
- Previous client-facing experience is an asset.
- An academic background in psychology, neuroscience, or sociology is preferred.
