IT Projects Manager

About the Role:

The IT Project Manager assists in managing the implementation and support of Ocean’s technology portfolio. The role will be a liaison between the end users of IT services at the department level and the resources in the IT department. The role will also assist in managing the relationship with key vendors for support and upgrades.   ​

Position Responsibilities​

• Assists in supporting the end users of Ocean in customer facing areas such as Hotel operations and/or Casino operations.
• Acts as a liaison to key vendors in Hotel and/or Casino Operations for support, implementations and upgrades.
• Assists in maintaining tasks in Project Management platforms in collaboration with IT Team and stakeholders on IT-driven projects
• Attends training webinars hosted by various vendors and incorporates relevant materials into internal training.
