Utilities One is looking for a qualified OSP Engineering Manager.
In this role, you’ll focus on building a strong team, mentoring the onshore engineering group, and collaborating closely with the offshore engineering team to drive success.

- Recruit, manage, and grow the onshore engineering team;
- Manage/coordinate the relationship with our Engineering strategic partners;
- Serve as the primary contact for our clients/customers;
- Lead the transition/implementation of our engineering model from strategic partnership to self-perform (develop the plan);
- Manage the engineering work performed by our Vendors;
- Manage the engineering team while they create fiber engineering designs;
- Utilize sound judgment in appropriate engineering techniques to meet client expectations.
