Job Description

We are seeking a highly driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our B2B growth, focusing on trade associations and go-to-market (GTM) strategies. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional who thrives on building strategic partnerships, driving revenue, and developing market penetration strategies for innovative products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, trade association partnerships, and launching products into new markets. They should be a proactive leader with a track record of securing high-value clients, developing sustainable business strategies, and influencing key decision-makers at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to enhance DrBalcony’s market position and increase revenue streams.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and proposals, showcasing the value and benefits of DrBalcony’s services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business strategies with operational capabilities and project execution.
  • Set, track, and achieve sales targets and objectives aligned with the company’s overall vision.
  • Negotiate contracts, ensuring favorable terms while maintaining strong relationships with partners and clients.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent DrBalcony and engage with prospects.
  • Provide regular updates and detailed reports on business development progress to the executive team.
  • Analyze competitor offerings and market positioning to identify opportunities for strategic alliances.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns that resonate with customer needs and company goals.
  • Participate in industry-specific conferences and forums to enhance DrBalcony’s visibility and outreach.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B business development, sales, or partnership management, preferably in trade associations or market expansion roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing go-to-market strategies for new products.
  • Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills with a history of closing high-value deals.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and persuasion skills to engage and influence senior-level executives.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite for business development activities.
  • Willingness to travel as required to explore and secure business opportunities.
