Heavy Equipment Sales Representative

Our client is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join their team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling parts and service solutions to new and existing customers for power generation applications. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. You will be expected to achieve sales targets, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the growth of the company.

• Generates sales to customers for parts, assemblies, rebuilds, used parts and maintenance contracts.
• Acts as a liaison between the company and the customer. Helps resolve any problems the customer feels he/she has with receiving parts, quality of work performed by serviceperson, quality of rebuilt components, invoicing, and any other problems necessary to maintain rapport with the customer.

1 Resource Group is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Customer Service with experience in heavy equipment parts. As a Customer Service - Parts representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support for our parts department.

• Generates sales to customers for parts, assemblies, truck rebuilds, used parts, and vision plus.
• Acts as a liaison between client and the customer. Helps resolve any problems the customer feels he/she has with receiving parts, quality of work performed by serviceperson, quality of rebuilt components, invoicing, and any other problems necessary to maintain rapport with the customer.
