Fractional IT Manager

Gary’s Wine & Marketplace is hiring a Fractional Marketing Manager. This position is 10-20 hours per week.

Gary’s Wine & Marketplace is a leading wine retail chain selling spirits, beer, gourmet foods, and giftware. Neal R. Gross and Co. is growing our team in our Washington, DC headquarters. As a fractional IT Manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficient operation and management of the company's information technology systems and infrastructure. You will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, implementing new technologies, and maintaining data security. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in coordinating IT-related activities and liaising with external vendors or service providers as needed. You will manage an entry-level IT technician, who can handle daily administrative and help desk-level tasks.

Location: This is a fractional, or part-time, role and will require going into the downtown Washington DC office 2 days a week. Remote work will be limited, especially at first.
