The Enterprise Sales Director will identify, capture and close opportunities to provide remote CX management, AI-driven technologies, on-demand, on-shore call center services to major clients. Identify and cultivate relationships and executive sponsors at the VP and C level and will be responsible for selling outsourced Contact Center services.
Remote – candidate must be based in one of the following states: TX, AZ, AR, CO, FL, IL, IN, IA, MI, NC, NE, OH, TN
Responsibilities:
- Selling outsourced customer experience contact center solutions into major clients
- Originating and qualifying leads via cold-calling, networking, Social media, events and/or other sources and develop relationships with VP & C-Suite level executives within targeted markets and sectors
