Job Description 

We are seeking highly motivated and accomplished [Job Title] who encourage an environment where engineers are thought leaders and foster a culture of diversity and inclusion. We are a leading digital transformation services company, building custom software solutions using GenAI and OOP with agile methodologies. Our innovative solutions help businesses navigate the complexities of digital transformation. 

  • Identify, engage, and close large enterprise deals in the digital transformation space. 
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets. 
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of custom software solutions. 
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape. 

Requirements

  • 10-15 years of experience in sales, preferably in tech or software solutions. 
  • Proven track record of closing large deals and exceeding sales targets. 
  • Strong understanding of GenAI, OOP, and agile methodologies. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 
  • Located in Boston, NYC, or Philadelphia.
