Energy Efficiency Program Manager

Resource Innovations is seeking an Energy Efficiency (C&I) Program Manager. In the Program Manager role at Resource Innovations, you will have the exciting opportunity to join our team in Louisville, KY. As a vital member of our dynamic environment, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing a team of outreach and operations staff to drive large-scale energy efficiency programs. This position will require a high level of visibility both internally and externally as you develop trusted relationships with clients, industry stakeholders, and program contacts. Your responsibilities will include leading C&I specific work within the program implementation functional spaces, which encompasses outreach and project management initiatives.

Position Overview:

The Jr. Energy Efficiency Program Manager helps the PM (or Sr. PM), ensure program goals are met. The Jr. PM is not the point of contact to existing Utility and Government customers, but helps the PM manage that relationship and relationships with the internal teams at ICAST.
