Position Overview:
The Energy Efficiency Program Manager is the primary point of contact to existing Utility and Government customers and will drive the internal efforts at ICAST to ensure program goals are met.
Requirements
Must Have Qualifications:
- 3+ years’ experience managing Utility DSM or Government WAP Programs.
- Proven Program Management abilities i.e., ability to get work done by team members who are not direct reports.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of utility rebate processes, especially custom rebate programs
- Deep understanding of DOE’s Weatherization requirements and processes
- Building Science Knowledge
- Understanding of 3rd party M&V programs
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite of Products (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Innovative & Flexible
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Passionate about environmental, social, or non-profit work
Location: Remote in the U.S.A.
Travel: Some travel may be required based on the needs of the company.
Reports to: Director of Energy Efficiency Programs
Skill Level: Intermediate to Advanced
Areas of Expertise: Program Management, DSM, WAP
Compensation: $80,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing relationships with utility companies, Government staff, and other stakeholders in developing and managing EE Programs
- Guiding and facilitating internal ICAST activities as necessary to meet assigned EE Program goals
- Acting as the primary point of contact for energy data, incentives, and other stakeholder requests
- Provide oversite for any changes to EE Programs
- Presenting reports for program updates, annual strategic plans, Management updates, etc.
- Making program changes to bring program back on track if its not meeting goal
