We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team as the Director of Maintenance and Reliability. This role will lead the development and execution of asset maintenance and reliability programs across the Our Home manufacturing network. As the Director, you will be responsible for developing a fully integrated equipment care strategy and implementing a systemic approach to maximize our production assets.

In addition, this role will develop a process and lead the sharing of maintenance best practices and create standardized reporting metrics/KPI's across the organization. You will also leverage predictive maintenance tools where applicable, ensure a robust preventive maintenance program, establish and lead FMEA teams, and ensure our plant technical staff have the training and tools necessary to optimize asset reliability.

Position Summary

• 100% On-site position, Monday-Friday

Assistant Director of Maintenance reports to the Director of Maintenance [DOM]. The individual is responsible for all aspects of Aircraft Maintenance Management on all Part 135 and 91 aircraft. The responsibilities include managing employees, Planning, Quoting, Scheduling, and Oversight of Maintenance projects, including pre-purchase evaluations, Aircraft 135 conformity, aircraft deliveries and adheres and promoting the Company Mission, and Values daily.
